6. AI and Automated Content

Houston uses AI to generate content suggestions. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee the performance or results of AI-generated content.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Houston. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Houston shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
